l felt so sorry for him, he was crying but he also showed a lot of respect to his fans. WHAT he did up there was simply amazing, and he could not have asked anything better from his team mate was was amazing as well. As was Alonso and Vettel!

l also felt incredibly sorry for him. l do not think it would have been so bad if Hamilton was in the top 5 for the whole race.
The fact that he appeared to have won only for Hamilton to make up a place on basically the last corner must have been gut wrenching.

Yes l have to say that this year Ive learned to respect both Raikkonen and Massa. Raikkonen for his maturity when the press tries to tempt him into saying something controversial, and Massa because he showed lots of class today, he was brave and did all he could and he still took it as a gentleman. l think he may not be as consistent as Alonso, but he sure could teach him about being a gentleman.

Yeah, it was a terrible moment for him when he had the championship for a mere what, ten seconds. then Glock slipped and Hamilton got his much needed fifth.
But it is not all frowns for Massa - they have the Constructors, and he is second. He can come back next year!

l have to admit, being english and a lewis fan, l did not like him for a while but at that press conference, he showed so much dignity and grace, that l almost wish they drew. He is a great driver and is a credit to the sport and his team.

It was a spectator is sporting moment at it is best!
Two great driver is battled it out to the last few seconds. l am glad Hamilton won. He is a truly great talent. But, as a genuine F1 fan, my feelings for Massa were just as strong. He is great too and he lost in the cruelest way.
Good luck to them next year and well done for making the end of this year is championship well worth the months we all invest in it as fans.

My heart went out to the poor guy, he was so close to the championship.
For the past few years he is been playing wing-man to Mr Schumie himself, then he had to back up Kimi, this year was Massa is chance to finally get the glory. He did everything that was asked of him in that race, but it was still not to be.
It was wonderful to see the emotion from him on the podium :) The support he got from his home crowd all weekend has been truly awesome, & it was great to see him acknowledge that & show his fans the respect they deserved.
Very different from 'other' drivers who were more interested in getting back to the pit for a drink of water, rather than thank their supporters who had travelled THOUSANDS of miles to watch their hero win the championship !!!!
