david gilliland needs to be kicked out of NASCAR

Why kick him out? He makes a great Kevin Harvick impersonator. l am not sure if it is the receding hairline or the bad attitude he showed he *can* have.

A first response to ur question by many would be no & l am not sure that he should be ''kicked out'' but what he did yesterday was the MOST DANGEROUS thing that l personally have ever seen a driver do. He obviously wrecked Montoya on purpose & l am not sure what the speed was at impact but the announcers mentioned 190!! NASCAR definitely did the right thing by parking him yesterday & my opinion is that he should be parked for the final 2 races.....That should be punishment enough but some people might thing it should be worse.

No way, he is one of the few who will stick up for himself against an arrogant punk like Montoya.

Well he should not be kicked out of NASCAR does that mean that Montoya should have been kicked out of NASCAR when he spun out Kyle Busch at the first New Hampshire? Because at New Hampshire, Montoya spun out Busch with way more cars around then when Gilliland did. l think it was just racing, the heat of the moment, if you may. l think getting parked was enough of a punishment but He will probably lose 50 points and a little bit of a fine.

No, he does not need to be kicked out, Montoya just needed to be put in his place! Drivers do this kind of stuff to each other all the time .

No, he just made a mistake. That is all part of being human. He got parked. NASCAR told him they will not tolerate aggressive driving and they let him slide seeing as he does not have a history of aggressive driving.
