l think the teams get a certain amount of money for finishing in a certain position in the Constructors Championship. l do not think it is like Nascar, being that when a driver wins a race he receives a huge paycheck. His name etched in the record books is probably more compensation than he would ever want.

The ''1'' belongs to the WDC of the previous year, the ''2'' belongs to his teammate, THEN the numbers 3 onwards are allocated as per the results of the previous years World Constructors Championship results.
