It depends what happens regarding the proposals to make all cars have the same engine specifications- if that happens it will turn into a lottery. If that does not happen l would say that Hamilton is only going to improve in confidence now that he is won the title so he would be favourite in my opinion.

Although the stats are wrong, l see your point.
If Fernando Alonso gets the move to Ferrari then he will win, he could even get close with Renault as they've certainly quickened up over the last few months.
Hamilton has a huge chance of winning it again, he is supremely talented and he now knows how to win. His main competitor will be Alonso.
So England will take it to 14! and Hamilton 2
