Taking Regan Smith is win at Talladega away!

Of course Tony Stewart is ''win'' at Talladega. Regan Smith clearly crossed the line 1st. If Dale Jr. was in Smith is position, this would've never happened.

Regan Smith of course. He won that race, even Tony knew it.

l have to agree with taking Regan Smith is win away he clearly crossed the finish line first, and as someone else said if that had of been jr, it would of been a different story

Originally l sided with Tony on that Talladega win just because Regan went below the line, until everyone reminded me that is exactly how Kyle won at Talladega earlier in the year, he too went below the line, advanced position and won the race. So what is good for one, should be good for all. So Regan Smith call gets my vote as well.

Even.EVEN if you do not give him the win, sending him all the way back to 15th or whatever it was showed the absolute sham of that call. He was in 2nd place, no matter how you look at it, 5 seconds before crossing the line.

l told my wife when they posted Tony as the winner that they will put Smith back in 4th to 6th place, for the penalty. l was in absolute shock when they stuffed him at the end of the lead lap cars.
