Mark Webber has been gettin high praises from Alan Jones & Sir Jackie Stewart and other past champions of F1. These people have said that he would have better success if he was with eitherMclaren or Ferrari. It has just been bad luck that has followed him in his F1 career.
Hypothetically if Webber was with Mclaren, BMW or Ferrari would he have better success?

Ah well. that has always been debated. He is always been driving half decent cars. On a weekend when the car works fine, bad luck seems to find him. He will get tangled in some sort of collision or something, somehow. So l daresay that if he had been in a better car, he might have a few race wins under his belt already.

He is certainly good enough to win races with a top team, probably good enough to win a championship, although he does seem to suffer a lot of bad luck.

Unfortunately for him there r better, younger drivers who r likely to get places with the top teams ahead of him, people like Alonso, Vettel & Kubica.

He is got a chance to prove himself next season as Vettel is going to be his team-mate, if he can beat the youngster he might get a chance at a decent team after that.

Firstly, l am Australian so perhaps l am biased but l was lucky enough to be at the Monaco Grand Prix this year & was speaking to Bob Constanduros who does the on-track English commentary for the Grand Prix races. l asked him what he thought of Mark Webber & to ignore the fact that l am Australian. He said that Mark is a very good driver & - most importantly - a very good developmental driver. Williams did not pick him because he was Australian - they knew how good he was. Unfortunately, the car was very unreliable so he could not show his ability. As u know, he had the chance to drive for Renault with Alonso but turned it down. How would he have gone? No-one will ever know. So, yes, he probably could have been in the hunt for a World Title with the right car. By the way, l am a Ferrari fan so l am not being biased! Congratulations to Lewis! l said to Bob that l was hoping for a Ferrari driver to take the title ( Felipe would have been good) but my second choice was for Lewis to win.

Yes, l seriously think that Mark would make a great driver for McLaren or Ferrari, maybe not as a lead driver but as a very reliable no.2, hr would be a boost for any team.
Do you see Mark making the amount of mistakes Kimi or Lewis has this year? l don't.

l think kubica is better than mark webber, so id give him hidefelds job maybe

i think both massa & rikkonan r better so no luck for him at ferrari

hamilton is definitely better but im not sire sure about kovalinen so he may have success with mclaren but in either case he would be out shined by his team mates

hell he was out shined by rookie drivers on the b team this year, all his career we have been told about how good mark webber really is, but as far as ive seen he really isn't, yes hes better than sutiel, fisichella & button, but hes right on par with coultard who is calling it quits
