Mine is Richard Petty.He was so nice to us and treated us like we where as important to him as he to us.When we went to see him there where a ton of fans waiting and being towards the end of the line we figured it would end before we reached the front.That guy stayed there until everyone who wanted one got him autograph.He was just as nice to that last person as he was to the first.That says a lot with him being so well known and all, and sad to say, most drivers and famous people now a days do not wanna be bothered with the fans like that anymore.He was still racing when we met him and was the best. A GREAT person to have gotten to meet!

l met a couple drivers actually down at the pits at pocono. l met jeff gordon, tony stewart, dale jr, ryan newman & jimmy johnson. it was sooo cool!

Tony Stewart.We were waiting in a long line to get his autograph and it took a long time to get to us. When he did he was very friendly and acted like we were his favorite fans. Not once did he act like he was in a hurry.

Dale Sr. He was a down home salt of the earth type man and l appreciate him more now than l did back when l met him. l did not even know who he was really. 1994.

Dale Jr....This has to be my choice because he is the only one that l have met. He is one of the nicest down to earth guys who does not think that he is better than anyone else & that is what l really like about him. He treated me like a ''best friend'' & NEVER put forth a '' l am better than u attitude''. He loves to race & will be the first one to tell u that he is not even close to being the best driver on the track. He does it because he loves it & for that u have to respect him. Would he be where he is right now if it were not for his father???? Probably not but u can not hate on him for that.... l do not think there is a person on this earth who would not take advantage of that opportunity.

He autographed a diecast car for me too while l was there!

WHY ---MUST YOU ASK

l met a bunch of drivers and Kyle Busch was the nicest.

l have met both Richard Petty & Dale Sr. They r both the two greatest drivers in my mind. Both were great personalities. l am proud to have met both of them. l was 11 when l met the King so l did not know too much of what to say except smile & tug on my Dad is arm in the infield of Daytona. l was much older when l met Dale in the same place although it was 3am & raining the night before the race. We talked about an hour. Mostly about stuff outside the track like hunting & fishing. It was really cool.

Mine would have to be Mark Martin, to me he was like, VERY down to earth, tell ya like it is kinda man, Very soft spoken!!
l met him in Daytona for the 500, l really do not know how my Dad got us in the infield but it was a blast! It was actually the first time my Dad & l got SH*T FACED TOGETHER (never new that side of my father), WE met quite a few drivers that day, but NO-ONE stuck out in my head but MR. MARTIN!

The Best part about meeting Mark Martin would be the fact that he is my Dads favorite driver! It was Truly a one of a kind type of moment, to see my dad standing their talking to his idle, just about brought tears to my eyes!

l met well, maybe not met but a quick Hello AND close enough for eye contact with was Kasey Khane (what a little sweetie-pie), David Rueitman, Michale Waltrip, Carl Edwards, Kevin Harvick, Kenny Wallace, Jamie Mac & Martin Truex Jr. l have a ton of pictures & a really good one of Junior is butt..LOL, l never saw him coming only going.

Now l actualy met Wendy Venturini l know she is not a driver but it was cool to talk to her we chatted for like 10 minutes she is just a doll & knows her NASCAR she was fun to talk to.

And my favorite was Clint Bowyer. l had garage passes & Pit suites this year. l ran into him all day long & every time he flashed this huge smile & said hello, never seemed tired of us fans or like he was trying to get away. Nice, nice guy. Well afterwards we were heading through the parking lot to get to the car (we parked in Paddock parking which is were the drivers & thier busses are, it was a dream day) here comes this golf cart buzzing towards us & u got it..Clint Bowyer. He stopped to chat, it was just incredible. He said he remembered seeing my smiling face all day long, told me l had a beautiful smile ( l was melting) we chatted for a couple of minutes about the Nationwide series & the Sprint Cup then off he went, he told us to watch out for all the crazies on the road as he was speeding away smiling from ear to ear. What a doll the guy was & that smile of his makes him pretty hot.

Wanna know the kicker? AFTER he drove away & l was standing there feeling all happy inside yea, well in one hand l was holding a marker for autographs & around my neck...my camera. What a star struck idiot. No autographs or pictures. At least l still have the memory.

Kenseth a very friendly person and great to the fans, not impatient and stayed for the duration with a smile!

Most of the drivers l have met have been nice. l have met Casey Mears three times now & each time has been great. Last year in New Hampshire l actually sprinted after meeting Clint Bowyer to get in line for Casey. When l got there the security guy said that the line was actually cut about 20 people ahead of me. l decided that l would not leave & take a chance. The security guy came back about five minutes later & said that Casey would stay & until everyone in line (to that point) got through. l was amazed that he would do that.

Its between Mark Martin and Carl Edwards. They were both so friendly and smiled and held a converstation and were just soo nice.

I've only met one, but l was surprised at how friendly Kurt Busch was. This was a few years ago when all of the new Kyle Busch haters were still focused on Kurt and all l had heard was how much of a jerk he was on and off the track. He was very nice when l met him though.

Agreed with you - Richard Petty. He is the only driver I've actually met, but he was so nice. We met him in the Dover Downs Casino; he had a bunch of fans gathered around him asking for autographs and stuff and he was great about it. Since it was just a natural environment like that he did not even have to stop, but he did. He also looks better in person.

I've only meet Terry Labonte, and he was really cool. A nice guy whos down to earth.

l met Michael Waltrip with Ron Hornaday, Randy La Joie & Boris Said all together once where l work & they were totally friendly & very approachable but their biggest concern however is that they had had lost Steve Park.
Just before they left someone else who l knew was a Nascar fan walked by them & notice Ron was wearing one of his own hats. my friend was going to ask him if he was a fan but he walked away. l stood there an laughed when l told him that was the real Ron Hornaday. All were very nice but l did not get to meet Steve.

Sadly..

l have not met any of them..
l would really really really really like to.

Jeremy Mayfield he talked to me for like 15 minutes the 3rd time l met him even after l went through the line & was standing behind the little fence thingie he didnt ignore anybody but listened to me too :) l was excited & when l walked up to him l said ''hi jeremy ive been a fan since the 37 car'' he smiled & hes like ''oh really, l really appreciate that'' remind u thats 12 years (11 at the time this was last year) & later l found out he told the lady at the trailer that l was cute because l was so excited to meet him (i hate rude people that want his autograph just to have it like the guy in line that had him sign a jr hat)

the first time l met him he put his arm around me & told me not to be nervous :) (that was 10 years ago l was only 11)
