Who will be the bandwagon driver of 2009?

l mean,who will have a really good season and all of a sudden everyone love or love to hate him?

It was obviously Kyle Busch in 2008.l think l knew about 1 Kyle Busch fan before last season,now l see people with Kyle Busch stuff everywhere.
LOL Maggie,l was referring to anyone in here.Like you said,l did not know any of you guys.l was referring to people that I,personally,have known for years and the amount of increase in merchandise observed at the tracks that l have been to this year.l think l seriously saw maybe 20 or less Busch fans at the race tracks alone before this year and now there are many.l know that there are fans of Busch that have been with him from the beginning,just like l have beena fan of Johnson from the beginning.
l screwed that up,l meant that l was NOT referring to anyone in here lol.

Jr will always be the biggest bandwagon driver. Always. Last and next year. In a close second will be Keselowski as soon as he races. Why? Again because of Jr fans. Remember all the fans Truex used to have until Jr copped out at DEI? Facts are facts. It will always be 70(jr related ) to 30 percent (all of the above).

l think it will be Jeff C in the Secretary of Education #43 Dodge.

Well u did not know me before last season & others here since u being fairly new to this forum. No one here jumped on the Kyle Busch bandwagon. Every one of us here that r fans of his were fans or at least watching that boy prior to his move to Gibbs. Not a fan of Hendrick by a long shot but l watched that kid since he won his first race leading 236 laps of 250. And when he made his move to Gibbs last season l decided not only was that kid talented he made racing fun to watch again.

As far as the ''bandwagon'' driver of 2009..that honor, as it has been, goes to Dale Jr., Jimmie Johnson, & Carl Edwards for obvious reasons.

Bandwagon driver, l see it as Joey Logano. Because Gibbs played him up so much he already has a lot of fans because of that, and once he has one successful race, people will place him up there, and jump on his train and choose him as their driver.

l go out on a limb here and say Casey Mears. Hes going to his 3rd team, hes leaving the best team in the NASCAR to the team id call the second best. Now that hes going to RCR l think he will finally win some races and become a star.

l think it will be Kurt Busch.

Yes, l know he has been around a while with a good fan base. But l think he finally started to get it together at the end of this year.

He could be the underdog of 2009. Kind of like Alan Kulwicki.

l will bet it will be David Ragan having a phenominal season.

l feel that it will be a Roush driver in either Matt Kenseth or Jamie Mac, and for sentimental reasons Mark Martin.

Junior has this one hands down. Other than his fans, he seems to be the one everyone luvs to hate. The two drivers that l see added to the list this coming season will be Jimmy Johnson & Carl Edwards because of the good season they both had last year.

l am totally going out on a huge limb here and saying Scott Speed, once this dude shows his talents, not going to be at Daytona, l say by mid season, tons of people are going to hop right on his bandwagon. We all will be saying Vickers who is Vickers. Red Bull might get their return on all they invested in his F1 career, in Nascar. l am sure there will be a ton of new Ragan bandwagoners as well..
