He had the race, then he took a pit he really did not need, then he got a 4 tire change, wth!

He should have won that race. l did not understand the pit stop either. What were they thinking?

he definitely should have won, l remember saying to my boyfriend, l really do not LIKE Jeff Gordon, but l was really happy when it looked like he had a shot at winning last night. He deserves at least one this season.

you COULD say he had the race, but that is why it is not over until the checkered flag waves.or in the case of last week in Talladega, AFTER it waves.

Gordon was looking good. l like his style, conviction, and agressiveness. l think he is going to be getting back to his winning ways. Things must be settling down a little with his family. Now he can concentrate on destroying the competition, and earn the ranks of being the most ''hated'' driver again.

l dont think Gordon had the best car by any means but he had a good enough car that had he stayed up front had a good shot at winning but most importantly by pitting again he lost at least a top five finish. Oh well just been that kind of year for Gordon. Good car then bad bit stops, good car then bad pit strategy. Bad car then good stops gets him a decent finish. Next stop Martinsville, lets see how he does there. Oh by the way if there were at least 3-5 laps in the spring race he had the race won & likely would have won had he not gotten involved in a little crash on the front stretch while he was in the top five early in the race.
