l was just surfing thru Jayski.com and was looking at all the driver charities. l wish l were rich so l could give a lot more. So l was looking at the Greg Biffle Foundation for Animals and l know a lot of drivers have pets so l was wondering how many beloved 4-footed family members hang out with our Nation.

l have an african grey parrot named woody. he is my bestest buddy. here, l will change my avator to a pic of him. he knows hundreds of words & speaks in complete sentences. he used to always say ''daddy is gonna watch the race but he has not said it in a couple of years. he will be 11 years old in march, & i've had him since he was 7 weeks old, he still had to be handfed with an eye drpper 5 times a day when l got him.

Ok, so this weekend l gained 4 more pets: 4 kittens that were abandoned in my neighbors' barn. So now l am up to 8 pets:

* A sheltie dog named Bristol (after the track)
* A sheltie dog named Raleigh
* An Austrailian Shepard Lab mix named Jake
* A tabby cat named Smoke
* And 4 kittens named Dega, Kahne, Ryan (after Newman, named by my mom), and Wedge.

l have 2 cats. De' ja' vue she is a Hymilian & looks like her mom, hence De'ja'vue & my boy Slug (named because he likes to reach out & slug u whenever u r close enough for him to do it) He is a Maine Coon, which if u do not know is the largest breed of cat there is. l chose him since l can not have dogs ( l grew up with German Shepard's) since l do not have a yard. He is as big as a medium sized dog & since l miss having dogs l raised him like one.LOL. He can fetch, loves the water, thinks he is my watch dog er..cat & he can put a hurtin on both my sisters dogs. He is so cool.

Ive got a mean Beagle whose name is Buster and several cats and are outside kitties. People love to drop their unwanted pets in front of my house and Ive got a very soft heart.

When l was younger, l had a black lab named JD. My dad named him after his favorite alcohol, Jack Daniels. He lied to us for years though; saying that he was named after some famous baseball player.
