l just wanna know so l know when it is and tell me what you want in the game

Formula 1 09 is coming out next year. There is not a set release date, but l would imagine that it would see release a little before the beginning of the actual 2009 F1 season. March '09 is probably the target date.

The F1 09 season races is already out and includes Abudhabi in the United Arab Emirates (on 17-11-2009),next year( the last race after Brazil ), if you go to pitpass.com the dates /tracks are there!

not really looking forward to it.am content with F1 Challenge 99-02 ,updated for 2006 and downloading circuits for free from the net(the newer ones singa,valencia, etc..) ..i have to be content with it as.my old horse with 128mb ram and pentium 4-2.0 ghz with no graphiv card could not take more torture.

Not sure on the release date but l believe that it is coming out probably summer next year. Codemasters r on the case this time, so no more of those arcade style poor Playstation titles. When Psychnosis made them to start with they were brill. Then they went to EA sports & they were still very good. But then Liverpool Studios took over & made the handling as dull as possilble. The titles had some impressive graphics & affects but the realism was poor.

Now Codemasters have promised a more realistic title. They have come out & admitted DiRT was too arcadey & it wo not be anything like GRID. This is very positive. Expect a sim that is quite accessible with driving aids, but without is quite a challenge. Codemasters have a good history with racing games. There is obviously Colin McRae titles, but Toca racedriver for me was a breath of fresh air. For the first time there was a storyline & plenty of real world tracks & racing catergories. It would be nice to see some sort of storyline in the new F1 title. Or some form of career mode.

What we need is realism, graphics, & playability functions such as a storyline or some sort of incentive to play harder.

march 29 and canada grand prix is gone

l still have the game GP3 which l bought in 2000. Sure it may be a little dated now but you can still get all the new cars and tracks on the internet. l love the fact that you can drive around hundreds of tracks from really old F1 races or fantasy tracks.

l think it will come out as soon as the Abu Dhabi racecourse is ready so when it has been finished and the FIA have all the details about the race and another factor is when all the drivers get confirmed.
l would want a career mode and the commentors to say your name when you make it up - like 1st PATERSON.
It will probably just be James Allen and Martin Brundle doing the commentary or the commentors BBC pick.
