Okay. l have two links and two opinions/views/questions...

1. Looking at Jeff Gordon is stat is in the last few years at M'ville... Do you think he can win this race?

2. WHAT HAPPENED TO QUALIFYING?? l really believe they should change this rule... l really really hate it... It is just really not fair for those go-or-go homers and just too much rewarding for that points leader. He does not deserve it. They should fight for it. See, JG could have won the pole... or even had a Top-2 start.. But because of the rule, he has to start in 8th.. Who is getting frustrated with this system? l sure am... What do you think?

last time l checked there is nothing going on Saturday Morning each race weekend. Why can not NASCAR just put qualifying there?

It is all good. Does not matter where he starts, it is where he finishes that counts, right?

He will be okay, hang in there. l am not much of a fan of ''points'' qualifying either, but NASCAR makes the rules.

Jeff has a very good chance at winning this week. He has won seven races & seven poles at this track, so he knows how to get it done. He won both races here in 2005, including Steve Letarte is first win as a crew chief. He also could have won the Martinsville race earlier this year had he had one lap left. Hopefully, the #24 can pull it off. Also, it is too bad about qualifying being rained out, especially for Derrike Cope, who could not even attempt to qualify for his first two races this year.

l believe Gordon still has a legitimate shot at winning the race. l do not think that there is anything wrong with lining the drivers up by points.The points leader does deserve to be the polesitter;he earns that by running well enough to be leading the points.
Qualifying has been rained out 9 times this year & the pole has been given to the two drivers that deserved it at the time:Jimmie Johnson(4 times) & Kyle Busch(5 times). l do not like it when it rains out,but we can not change the weather.Even Jimmie said that he wishes it had not been rained out because he always qualifies good there & some other Chase drivers don't(including Burton).It is what it is.

Ca not complain when qualifying is rained out because l am a jimmie johnson fan & he gets the pole if it gets rained out but in all honesty l think qualifying should be pushed to saturday morning or even actually scheduled for Saturday morning like they do at talladega. If it is not possible than l think they should be placed in order of owners points. But l do not think alot of fans would be complaining if the provision would be going to Dale jr.for leading the points but since he is not leading them they complain.
