Hi Kall! Jr. has gotten busted for this a few times. He does not get away with it because he usually admits it. Just like he admits when he intentionally wrecks someone to make a pass. Whatever you think of him,you gotta love his honesty.

Yes he did intentinally spin but those r not his exact words that l recall. l think he just casually let his crew chief know over the radio so as to not get him too excited. He had a tire going down & l guess he needed to let his crew chief know so he would not make changes to the car but only change tires.

Yup at Bristol. Probably would have gotten away with it but he announced it over his radio & was given a 2 lap penalty for intentionally bringing out a caution. Much like what happened to Kyle Busch yesterday after he stopped on the track.

Yep, it is true. It was at the Bristol race and l was there. It was pretty funny he just could not restrain himself from talking about it. Another time was at Richmond. Best part is, he never touched a thing or another car.

Um, yeah. It was Bristol a few years ago. He needed a caution so he decided to spin out to bring it out. Unfortunately for him, he announced to his team over the radio about it. As a result, NASCAR was not too happy and fined him afterward.

The lesson here... If you do something to intentionally bring out the caution, do not announce it over your radio!!!!!!!!
