l honestly think Casey Mears. He is heading to another solid, top-tier team in RCR, and Richard is not stupid, he will find a team that works great with Casey and keep him at that team.
l always said all Casey needs is a competitive team behind him and some stability and he could be a shot to make the Chase. We will find out if l was right or wrong soon.

Casey Mears will have a breakout season. He is been through so much over the years, all the inconsistencies, never having the same team more than a year at a time. With RCR, he is found a home and will make everyone take notice!
And now he is a proud daddy too!

David Ragan. He made great strides this year and if he doesnt win a race this year he should win next year and make the chase.
I'd also watch out for Mark Martin who will be driving a HMS car which gives Mark one final shot at a title

Sliced Bread,Joey Logano. l do not care what his results were in that crappy no. 96 car,once he gets in that 20,he will be a force to reckon with.You will get a taste of it at ( l think it is Atlanta) when he drives that no. 02,which is really one of Tony is cars with a different paint scheme and the numbers reversed.
