This is an small survey...i just wanted to know what the guys out of india think....
Will you probably attend it or wanna attend it? its probably happening in 2010(not confirmed) or 2011(sure).

So will any of you guys would wanna attend or would like to??

what would make you attend the GP....like 'Singapore' was an night race..hence to check it out many foreign tourist bought the tickets...
similarly what could possibly tempt you to attend the indian gp?
headsiwin, ok so thats the reason why u knw so much about india!!...all the while wen u wer talkin abt 'chicken tikka' , 'jeera rice' 'Tata truck' and many more things....i was quite wondering how u knw so much abt indian food etc.....now l get it....

Harry...sad...but l can understand ..as am in an worse position den u....as even yhoughlive in india(mumbai) ....i may not be at the race....maybe if some F1 teams invite me to their paddock as guests maybe...;-)

Its confirmed its not goin to be an street circuit, its construction has already started and the circuit is gonna be run by an Private Firm....So hopefully der wont be an cows crossing ....!! ;-)

val....probably you wont be comming to india on our own car!! and nor would the cabbies allow you to drive der cars around....!!!.....so you dont need to be so scared of traffic !!!

Yes, l would.

l love India. l spent many, many months travelling from Calcutta to Jaisalmer & then down the west coast to Varkala, across to Madras & up the east coast back to Calcutta. Then flew from there to Stinkypore..booooOOO

l would love the opportunity to visit India again with my fiancee, as recounting stories is nothing like the experience.To take her on a tour of India (or ''a complete immersion of the senses on a minute by minute basis'' as l saw things) & see a GP with an Ambassador Pace Car (HAHAHA) would be just brilliant.

Worth 4-6 months of anyone is life!!!!!!

*edit* l left the UK for a years sabbatical in '98 & have travelled extensively throughout Asia & lived for a while in Thailand, Laos, Java & where l am currently, the Philippines. One of the highlights was India - it was thoroughly absorbing & l intend to visit again. When l travel l generally travel alone as it makes me more approachable & l was invited to weddings, a yacht club & into many people is homes in India, from huts to mansions. l do love food & l am a complete self-taught gastronome. My favorite foods r Indian; l like the rich Northern dishes, but prefer the more diverse southern dishes ( l was one of the first customers to visit Raja - a wonderful restaurant in London, & had Southall on my doorstep..mmMM), Italian, Thai; again, southern dishes more than others, & Chinese. l am adept at a large number of recipes & am going to build a tandoor shortly if l can find the right cement. In 2004 l got a flat tyre when l met my now fiancee, but in my defence she could stop a convoy of Tata trucks & l am so blessed. She can now cook Indian food too & we will leave Phil is for India & we have intentions of taking in a cooking school or two amongst other things.

So now u know! :)

PS Might even pay u a visit to kick u in the nuts if someone takes Lewis out in Brasil grrrrr

Julian - if it is on a street circuit we're in problems, starting with cows crossing in front of the cars, not likkle groundhogs!

l would love to but l can not because of the expense of the Grand Prix and travelling to India ( l am from Britain). I'd be more likely to go if it was held in Bangalore because that is where my family live and l am not so likely to visit Delhi even though it sounds an interesting place. But it would be unlikely then because it is hard enough to get enough money to see the GP in Silverstone! One day it would be nice to do though.

As long as it is not designed by that Tilkre bloke,or what ever his name is then yes Id love to go to India one day.
Please campaign for it not to be a street circuit Utkarsh!

If l had enough money l would go to every single GP in a year!!!

Sure, l will try my best.It is something to be proud of that an F1 race will take place in our country(India) and that the general public is taking interest in this fantastic sport.

Like val said, l would attend every GP on the calendar if l had the means. l would attend the Indian GP if there were a hotel in the circuit so that travelling would be easier. Driving on the roads of India can be pretty scary.. Too much traffic
