To Answer #1 - Are you kidding me? Yeah.. it does not follow through the whole year.. do you actually WATCH it? l think if you did you would know that. NASCAR runs fromFebruary to November. They have three months off.. therefore it does NOT run all the time.
And to the other answer - if you do not like NASCAR why are you even in this section? No one wants to hear what you have to say.

They will be doing all the same things this year. l believe this is the last year in New York City so l am going to have to get down there. l got into the Waldorf (the hotel) a few years ago but was not dressed up so they kicked me out. l seen Jamie Mac at the bar and Carl Edwards was right in front of me but he was still new so l was not sure it was him at the time. l am going to dress up this year and hang out in the hotel if l can sneak in again.

Yes, that is the normal procedure after the season is over.
