Dude, l have the same problem with mine. l found mine on the huge list, but wo not read my e-mail. l am so excited though, It is really cool. Congrats to you, too!

Ok folks. l think I've got this nailed. l had major problems as well & l knew my name was on there as l received a confirmation email last week. Everytime l go to this site l have major problems but l kept at it & eventually found my name. If u have dial-up forget it. If u r on an old computer forget it. You must have Flashplayer version 6 or newer. This site is junk to begin with. They r experiencing extremely high volume which just compounds the problems inherent to this site. When u input ur email address make sure the box is grey. Then u must wait for the cursor to change from arrow to hand. It took me about 100 times to get both right. If these conditions r met & it does not recognize ur address, it is because ur name is under a logo, number, or other decal which HMS had to allow due to liscensing contracts. If this is the case go to the ''list of names'' menu. You can then input the first letter of ur first name & it will list all names alphabetically. l found ur name on that list Sharen but because of the weak design of the site u cannot find the position in which ur name appears. No matter. You're still riding with our guy. The names r so small that u have to be within about a foot of the car to see them anyways. But rest assured. You will be with the rest of us in victory lane. And do not feel bad. My name will be gone from the car by the end of the race as it is on the nose which will be skillfully applied to Kyle Busch is rear bumper, slamming him into the wall, & rubbing it straight off. But that is ok. l will take one for the team. LOL Just kidding KB fans. No more death threats, please. Finally, if after trying all of the above, u still have no success, try looking on the list of names on the walls & banners & such. This is where the names will appear of the folks who missed the primary deadline. l just learned via the Amp site that for those whose names r on the car, Motorsports Authentics is releasing a 24th scale die-cast. l have not delved into that yet so l have no further details. And l saw, much to my relief, on SPEED that the back up car does carry the names identical to the primary car. l hope this helps.
