My favorite would have to be when Dale Earnhardt Sr. finally won the Daytona 500. All the crews coming out to congratulate him was a thing to see. And the most emotional was when Sr. died at the 2001 Daytona 500.

The best for me was when Little Al won his first Indy 500 in 1992. l was at the race & it was so cold & so many crashes. When Michael Andretti is (who had dominated the race up to that point)car died, it left the door open for a shoot-out between Little Al & Scott Goodyear. It was amazing to watch them race for the win.so fast & so close. It was what open wheeled racing is all about! Little Al is emotion after the win was fantastic. l still get chills when l see clips of him saying in a cracked voice, ''You just do not know what Indy means''.
