looks like joey logano will be making his debut in all three series this year. first it was nationwide in june, then it was cup a couple of weeks ago. and talk about throwing the kid in the deep end, he will be making his truck series debut at talladega.

Logano replaces Ted Musgrave, who parted ways with the team during the Las Vegas race weekend. The team scrambled to put Stacy Compton in the truck at Vegas.

There are 34 trucks entered for Talladega. Only one driver – Kyle Busch (Billy Ballew Motorsports) – is a Sprint Cup regular.

given the truck regulars along with those listed above, how do you think logano will do in his first truck race? scott speed? rowdy busch?

Wow! l think they are throwing too much at the kid at once. They're going to end up putting too much pressure on him. As far as how he will do. l do not know. They beat and bang up alot in the truck series. l am not saying he can not do it, he may do well, but they are throwing things at him too fast.

l THINK HE WILL FINISH IN THE TOP 20 OR SO..

You know, it is hard to figure how someone would do in the NCTS. look at Jimmie is turn in the #81. l do not see Logano doing great, but he wo not be dead last, either. l see Speed coming in a higher position than Logano. and Rowdy, well, it is checkers or wreckers with him. l see him taking another win! l am more looking forward to Landon Cassill. for some reason, l really like that kid.

l hope they do not blow this kid out, he really should spend a year in truck or Nationwide before he tackles Sprint cup and turn into another 2 and done.

Logano needs superspeedway experiance befor he takes over the 20 car,so this weekend at Talladega he is planning to run ARCA on Friday and Trucks Saturday.He has been at the test sessions that ARCA has held about 2 weeks ago.Though he may be competitive,he mainly wants to log laps to get the speedway seat time.
Overall should do good.

l think they are just throwing too much on him to start with. Let him run a full season in maybe nationwide or trucks, then let him take over that home depot car, IMHO. but not all three series, even if some of them are part-time.

l think it is a good move..needs all the seat time that he can get. Especially at Dega. l think it will be a great race and hope Mike Wallace does well..he always makes Talladega an interesting race IF he has a good ride. Guess we will have to wait and see.

IDK, l am sick of Logano already, they talk about him so much you would think he is in the chase.. l am sure he is in the truck for some seat time at restrictor plate tracks. Scott Speed should do just fine he has run and won in the BDR truck.. I'd say Logano will finish somwhere between 20-30th, if someone does not plant him in the wall. Its truck racing and these guys do not play nice..

Well i'm sure he is practicing heavily racing NASCAR online to help and it definitely will help him out doing so. This is a race almost anybody can win but l bet he will end up wadded up in the wall somewhere.
